Portraits and drafts
Your selected portraits are resized in your browser and sent to our server, then to Replicate, when you request generation. We do not save portraits in the task database. We store the scene options, a request fingerprint, provider task ID, status and credit records so we can process and reconcile your job.
Your browser may keep a portrait draft in IndexedDB to restore it after signing in or purchasing credits. Drafts expire 24 hours after the last save and are discarded on the next visit to the studio. Expiry does not run a background deletion on a device you do not revisit. Use Clear photo draft to remove it immediately; avoid shared devices.
Replicate processes the photos and generated video. Its API inputs and outputs are normally removed one hour after completion. See Replicate data retention and Replicate privacy policy.
Video results
When configured, generated videos are copied to the operator's Cloudflare R2 storage. Without persistent storage, links expire approximately one hour after completion. Videos in My videos and its download API require your signed-in account. R2 files may have unlisted public URLs; this is not encrypted private storage. Do not upload sensitive portraits or generate confidential footage.
Account and payment data
We store account details, sessions, generation records, credit transactions, payment order metadata and support tickets. Enabled payment processors handle checkout; our application does not collect full card details. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Analytics run only if configured by the operator.
Requests
Use Support tickets for questions or deletion requests. Include task IDs where relevant, but never send credentials. The operator handles requests for account data and stored video objects.
