Terms of Service

Updated: October 9, 2026.

Using the studio

You must have permission to use both input portraits, and both people must be adults. Do not upload private, abusive or unlawful content. Do not use generated footage for impersonation, harassment or deception. You are responsible for reviewing your inputs and outputs before sharing them.

AI output

Videos are newly generated scenes. Facial likeness, motion and timing can vary. We do not guarantee an exact recreation of an existing video. The original viral clip and soundtrack are not included. This service does not promise that every generated result is suitable for commercial use; rights to your inputs, the provider's terms and third-party rights still apply.

Credits and tasks

Generation cost is shown before submission. Credits are reserved once per accepted task. Confirmed failed or canceled jobs return credits automatically. A job whose submission cannot be confirmed keeps its reservation until the operator reconciles it; contact support with its task ID.

100 credits equal $1. One-time packs have no subscription and their credits never expire. Monthly plans renew automatically each month; credits are granted after successful payment and unused monthly credits expire at the provider-defined billing-period end, without rollover. You can cancel your subscription in billing settings. Credit refunds for generation failures are different from payment refunds. Contact support for purchase and billing questions.

Saving your result

Download your video promptly. Without persistent storage, provider files normally expire one hour after completion. Stored video availability depends on the operator's storage and retention settings.

Support

Use Support tickets for billing, account or video issues. This is an independent service and is not affiliated with the original viral video's creators.
